Home Care by the Care Campus is proud to support our local communities by providing in-home services. Whether you’ve just been discharged from the hospital, need support to manage a chronic disease or just about anything in between, our dedicated staff is eager to assist you. We currently provide services to a radius of 35 miles from Brandon. Our goal is to support your ability to stay in your home for as long as possible and exceed your expectations with our caring team.

Home Care by the Care Campus awarded CHAP Accreditation!
Community Health Accreditation Partner, Inc., (CHAP) announced that Home Care by the Care Campus has been awarded CHAP Accreditation under the CHAP Standards of Excellence. By achieving CHAP Accreditation, Home Care by the Care Campus has also been deemed to meet the Medicare Conditions of Participation and is certified as a Medicare provider.
CHAP Accreditation demonstrates that Home Care by the Care Campus meets the industry's highest nationally recognized standards.
